The National Health Research Centre (NHRC) at the Ministry of Health (MoH) successfully hosted the Health Research Forum 2025 today under the auspices of Her Excellency Dr Fatma Mohammed Al-Ajmi, the Executive President of the Oman Medical Specialty Board. Under the theme “Evidence to Action: Accelerating Research Impact”, the flagship event brought together senior health officials, regional researchers, and strategic partners to transform clinical and public health data into definitive national policy.

Highlighting a shift from theory to practice, the forum featured “Strategic/Evidence Dialogue” from strategic program leaders and a high-stakes “5-Minute Research Impact Challenge” where regional teams from all the governorates presented actionable outcomes from their research. This forum solidifies the Ministry’s commitment to integrating robust evidence into national clinical guidelines and health strategies.
